Terms of Service

I. GENERAL TERMS

- I have the right to decline service to anyone for any reason

- I may cancel services at any time

- Provide clean references

II. Payment

- All payments must be provided in FULL before I start the commission

- Only payment options accepted is PayPal & Venmo

-  I may offer Payment plans for Commissions over $100, but you will not receive the commission until it's paid in full

III. Art Process

- I always provide WIPs for all commissions

- If you have not responded to the sketch WIP within 1hr, I will continue the commission

- My turnaround time is within 3 days, however please allow 3 weeks in case any of the followig issues arise; family obligations, pet obligations, work obligations, health, commission waitlist, etc.

IV. Customer Satisfaction & Edits

- I will always aim to make you as happy as possible, thats what I draw for!

- However I will not continuously edit images. Please be clear and concise when you give me your description of what you want

- Minor edits on completed artwork are allowed, but limited to two small free edits (small pattern issue, added/subtracted highlight, etc)

- Major edits (clothing, adding an appendage, etc) is subject to extra charge.

V. COPYWRIGHT/USEAGE POLICY

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.

 

Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;

Promote myself with in any place or site.

Publish books with.

To display it anywhere to my liking.

Post it wherever I want.

 

The commissioner are allowed to;

Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.

Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.

Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.

 

If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.

 

The following is considered Copyright infringement:

 

Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)

Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.

Removing any watermarks/signatures. 

altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.

VI. REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

I have a right to cancel & refund at any point during the commission. You however, do not.

// If You file a chargeback against me, everything I have ever drawn for you will have your rights retracted, and I will resell the artwork to a new buyer. You will also be on my public BLACKLIST. \\

VII. NSFW POLICY

You MUST be 18+. Please Follow THIS LINK
